What happens

The installer checks before changing anything and skips tools that are already ready. Run it with --dry-run to preview the plan.

    Installs Homebrew, mise, the official Popina CLI, and the optional Popina team application bundle.

    Create your workspace

    Explains where your code repositories will live, recommends ~/Workspace, and lets you choose another folder.

  3. 03

    Set up Popina

    Uses popina init for repository access, secrets, dependencies, and local database setup.
